Currently only v1.12 without the App Build Environment is available.

Version 1.12 is currently the only long-time supported verision.
Version 1.14 and 1.16 have PT status. With this in mind, if you would still like access to versions 1.14 or 1.16 for any non-real applications you could request the access to this area with an e-mail request here.
