I recently installed the ctrlX WORKS v0112 package and now when I launch ctrlX DRIVE and I/O Engineering i get warnings listed below. What should I do with this issue?
Missing plug-ins in ctrlX DRIVE and I/O Engineering in RM21.11, v-0112

It finally worked by taking the following steps:
- deinstalation
- instalation
- adding the file to the folder according to this thread
- conducting repair installation
