XI613101 PDO mapping not correct?

Customer has PDO mapping that is missing encoder reference offset parameter. It also includes CoE Object 16#8000:11 for enabling referencing that is not in the documentation. What is the solution to how to run this correctly?

Issue was found out that the customer had out-of-date ESI files and the firmware of the XI613101 module was 1.0.0. They needed to update the firmware to the latest 2.0.0 and update the ESI files and the PDO mapping now matches.
