Customer is attempting to reference their TTL encoder input on the XI613101 using the Process Data bits. They have set the reference mode to Process Data mode with 16#8000:12 = 2, but when they trigger the bit the axis doesn't reference. Any advice for additional things to check?

Issue was resolved, the customers TTL encoder didn't have a Z pulse wired, and the XI613101 has wire break detection enabled by default for all channels. While the wire break is detected, referencing the encoder is prevented.
To disable Z-pulse wire break detection, we added the parameter 16#8000:0C = 1 to the Startup parameters, and this resolved the issue.
