How to set up the IO module with ctrlX CORE X5

Hello Community

I'm trying the test that the I/O module has been installed on the ctrlX CORE X5.

However, it got some error.

1. The download from ctrl I/O Engineering to ctrlX CORE could not be completed.

   

2. EtherCAT could not be connected to each I/O device.

   

3. However, the output signal successfully turned ON.

   PLC side

ctrlI/O

I would like to fix the EtherCAT connection issue with the I/O devices and the download error.
