Hello,
We are trying to startup an XMD with AXS-V-0612. There are several other XMD's on the machine that are working, but this one is behaving strangely.
When connecting to it via EX interface of upstream drive, only 1 of 2 axes is shown.
When connecting via USB to display panel, we see up to 4 items listed. What does PMD refer to?
sometimes only 3 of the 4 listed above show up
But we when we try to connect to anything in this list, we always get this message that the IP cannot be accessed or causes a conflict, so we cannot proceed. (Since we are connecting via USB I don't think there should be a conflict)
Any ideas to try next, or should this be sent in for repair?
