A customer has an XMS2-W0023 converter and they need to attach an external resistor. They purchased a HLR01.2N-01K0-N68R0-E-007-NNNN which appears to meet the minimum required resistance specs. They have updated the brake resistor page as per below:
However, when they try to go out of CM, they get a C1101 Invalid parameter message regarding P-0-0858.0.0
I have attached the par file from the customer. Can someone point me to the issue in the parameters why it's not working?
