The pins inside are in fact crimp contacts, cross-section 0,20 - 0,50. Crimp contacts can always be soldered, shrink tubes are recommended.

Please note the housing is metallized, so make sure the shield of a cable is properly connected to the strain relief clamp, if the connection plan of your project requires that connection.
