MAD motor with multi-turn encoder like M2

Hi sir

In our some case, we need use MAD motor with multi-turn encoder like M2 encoder, but right now the ctrlX driver optional EC encoder interface not support M2 encoder, it's only support C0 encoder.

for this case do we have any solution. thank's
