Customer is using XCS2 with firmware version 0504 patch 4.
In this case, the customer is complaining of F2026 error showing up on the drives as the last error and trying to understand what is causing it.
But, when investigating the logs, the error memory shows the actual fault is F2028, and the F2026 occurs less than a second afterwards.
Why is this occurring? I would not expect F2026 to occur if the drive is already faulted. Is there a way to avoid this occurring?
