ctrlX Driver plus update firmware

Hello,

          There is a ctrlX driver plus which has been ordered about one year ago (never worked) ,the messages is :

XCS1-W0070ARN-02NX3T0NNET-S02RSN2NNNN0NN

MNR: R911403930

SN: 7260418177655

now the user plan to update the firmware to RM21.07 or higher ,  is it possible update the firmware on site?

By the way , we can not login the core  to look the version of the runtime, the default password  "boschrexroth"  does not working

Hello Sun Lei,

please get in touch with your local service department people, who, after contacting Bosch Rexroth headquarters in Germany, can decide if they themselves are able to do the upgrade or need to resend the device to Germany.
You alone cannot do that this easily.
