SSH login to CtrlX fails

Hello everybody,

I have a hardware CtrlX and can't login via SSH there. I have enabled SSH access in the web UI and have added the user boschrexroth to the group sshusers. But the SSH login still fails with the following error message:

... Lots of non-relevant stuff ...
Last login: Tue Apr 9 16:27:40 2024 from 192.168.0.141
Could not chdir to home directory /home/boschrexroth: No such file or directory
This account is currently not available.
Connection to 192.168.0.178 closed.

So this time it's not my fault by way of exception :-). How can I solve this problem? Is it possible to create the directory /home/boschrexroth somehow?

Thank you very much in advance, and best regards.

Binarusย ,

There is no SSH capable user available by default in the ctrlX CORE. A user assertion must be requested and uploaded to the CORE to enable this functionality.

See this How-To for more information.
