Hello ,
I have done a hardware reset using the SD card in the ctrlX Core X3 .
I have put version 1.14 on the core . The last line in the flash file on the SD card says "Restore success" .
At the end and after restarting 2 times the ctrlX Core the LED went to constant green .
I can ping the ctrlX Core in the windows command line and in ctrlX Works I get the line the system sees the device .
When I click on the line of the ctrlX Core in ctrlX Works my browser is opening and I get the message "Restarting - Do not switch off the control" . After 15 min I have still the message while on the ctrlX Core the LED is green . Restarting ctrlX Core , restarting computer , reinstalling ctrlX Works has no effect . No possibility to connect to the ctrlX Core .
What can be the cause of this problem ?
