Profinet device in ctrlX core problem

A customer has a new application with a profinet device on the ctrlX core. The app stays in Safe-OP and is impossible to switch to config state after it is once switched to run state. Nothing happens when the button is pressed. On the PLC master and slave side everything seems to be ok and profinet is running, but no data exchange takes place. I have made an equal test with a demo setup with app version 1.14.1 and everything was working allright.

Hi !

sounds like a issue I saw already. I my case the scheduler setup did not show any PNDevice callable integrated. If such a task is not intergrated in the scheduler settings the PNDevice functionality does not run that status-infos like running are misleading.
Please check.
If not available in the scheduler - store the config and maybe check how it looks like by reseting the config.
