EoE communication with IndraDrive - ctrlX Core version 1.14

Hello ,

 

I try to communicate with an IndraDrive connected through EtherCat ( SoE ) on a ctrlX Core with version 1.14 .

I configured on the ctrlX Core :

 

 

 

In ctrlX IO engineering I configured :

 

 

 

Nevertheless I could not ping the adress of the IndraDrive :

What did I do wrong ? Did I forget to configure something ?

Is there a document which describes the steps to communicate using IndraWorks Ds connecting to an IndraDrive on SoE on a ctrlX Core ?

Could you please try to reduce your subnet width to 255.255.255.0 in the EoE settings? Sometimes a bigger range causes problems.

And please do not forget to also set the according route on your host operating system. You can easily do so by clicking on the ctrlX CORE WebUI to "EtherCat --> Status" on the corresponding slave you want to reach.
