ctrlX EoE communication to Elmo drive not working

Hi Community,

I am trying to establish connection to Elmo Drive via EoE, but it is not working.

EtherCAT Master:

Enabled IP Forwarding:

Command Prompt ping successful:

Elmo Application Studio:

Anyone have success connecting into Elmo drive?

Hello ,
checked the setup of EOE with a HarmonicDrive und a ctrlX.
Enable the IP Forwarding on XF10 and EoE like you show in your screens.
ctrlX-IO Setup done like you did.
Please consider to test the EAS connection running ECAT_EoE_TCP/IP protocol. I am not that familiar with the dos and donts... but the EAS relies on cyclic and fast communication with ms. I assume your ECAT operates as well with 2ms, right? I did not find a adjustment for the Mailbox-settings and left it default.

EAS : File/Settings:
EOE Routing (consider to 255.255.255.0)
Destination: _._._.0 Network-number; Gateway: IPctrlX
Target the EAS wants to communicate:
Check the IP Forwarding.

If the setup will not succeed - please consider return with Elmo-Drive-FW-infos.
