When connected to my ctrlX OS device via the IXON WebAccess its not possible for me to upload a app (or another file) which is bigger than 16 MB. The error I get is either "Error when uploading files - 413 Request Entity Too Large" (V3.6) or "Upload failed! File is too large. If your are connected via remote access, the maximum file size may be restricted." (V4.4).

IXON has a file upload limit when connected via WebAccess. The limit is currently at 16 MB. But this limit does not apply when you are using the VPN access instead of the WebAccess. In general you can say:
• If you’re routinely moving large files (firmware, backups, app installs, etc.), VPN is the way to go.
• If you just need to push a small configuration or view logs, web access is fine.
