User managment, password change requirement

I'm using the CORE virtual with Version 1.2.2. I created a new user and I had to set a password:

Then I logged out and tried to log in with this new user. Then I have to set a new password:

I think this procedure isn't really user-friendly. Perhaps it's a bug?

I think a password change should be suggested with the standard user (boschrexroth) when I log in the first time.
