For my training students have to use ctrlX WORKS.
One of my students has the problem that the installation of ctrlX WORKS stays in the same position, see picture. It looks if it's working but nothing happens!
What he did:
Installation from ctrlX WORKS from the downloaded file.
The installation hangs up, and after a long time the installation aborted!
Then start the installation again and repair the installation, with the same result:(
The student one time he waited for more than several hours!
We try it with ctrlX WORKS files from an other computer on where it worked.
with the same reaction!
We cleared the browser history, deleted all of the installed ctrlX WORKS versions,
then we restarted the PC, disabled the fire wall and try to install ctrlX WORKS as
administrator, with the same reaction. Then we activate the Windows Hypervisor
Platform with the same result!
The PC is an I7 and runs on Windows 11.
For our training we are using ctrlX WORK 1.20.12 because of all the training material what's being made for this training.
When we try to install ctrlX WORKS 2.6.5 it is working directly!?
What can we do about it to get ctrlX Works 1.20.12 running?
