I have run the 3.4.1 installer for offline documentation a few times. Two items
1) after I run the installer this is the resultant webpage.
How can I resolve this?
2) Though I have ctrlX works set to use the offline help, all of the engineering tools open a the online docs, every time.
How can I resolve this?
