ctrlX WORKS, PLC Engineering, IO-Engineering on Linux PC

I think there is no possibilty to install ctrlX WORKS, PLC Enghineering and IO-Engineering on a Linux PC, does it ?

Yes, that's true. ctrlX WORKS and the other Engineering Software is only available for Windows.
