is it possible to install ctrlX WORKS via command line ? I mean an automatic installation on some PCs with a command so that the IT-admin has no to much to do with that.

yes, the setup supports the following parameters:
ctrlx-works-1.18.2.exe /Path="{installFolder}" /Mode={mode} /Silent=yes
- installFolder is the folder to install the product (must be empty for new installation) or direct to an installation folder in case of an update installation
- mode is either "Install" or "Update"
- Silent either yes or no
