I have ctrlX Works 1.20.0 working on my Bosch Laptop but when I try to install it on a non-bosch laptop I get the following error
It looks like 1.20 uses a different system to install as the installer file I have is only a few Mbytes. It looks like it is going to the internet to get files and not finding them.Â
The installer I have is ctrlx-works-1.20.0.exe
Any ideas?

We have for internal purposes an installer that connect to our servers and download the necessary files while installation. You need to be connected to a Bosch network for it to work.
Please download the full installation package from the collaboration room (restricted area) and try installing this. If error persists try to get the missing package from Microsoft directly.
