ctrlX Drive Engineering : Enable / Lock SafeMotion Functionality Menus Greyed

Hello, I am trying to understand why I do not have access to the Contextual Safety menu commands : Enable Functionality / Lock Functionality anymore , I can only Activate or Deactivate SMO ???
