CORE Virtual hardware acceleration error

My training participant can't boot his CORE Virtual.

Following message appears while booting

"WHPX: No accelerator fount, hr=00000000 failed to initialize whpx: No space left on device Check hardare acceleration in extended properties."

We already acticated Windows Hypervisor-Platform-Feature. (Hyper-V is also activated).And following information on hardware acceleration is displayed - so both hardware accelerations are available on the laptop.

We selected Windows Hypervisor Platform in the settings and also activated it (see pictures below).

 

 

 

Do you have any ideas, whywe cannot boot the CORE Virtual?

Hello Johanna,

The second screenshot displays that the intel haxm service is running and the hypervisor platform is enabled. This is only the case when the platform was enabled without a reboot. There can be only one kind of hypervisor active on a machine. So when you reboot, the haxm service will no more running and your virtual control shall be accelerated by WHPX.
