I got issue when I try to activate a license as bellowing :

After click the link of Bosch Rexroth Licensing Center, I got issus shown bellowing:
I'm not the receiver of the license, the license was purchased by my colleage in purchasing department.
Is there anyone can let me know how should I proceed ?

it seems like you don't have a user account for the licensing management yet. You can request a user account via a button in the FAQ of the Licensing with ctrlX AUTOMATION.Â
Furthermore in the FAQ you find more contact information to get support on the licensing management, like the service mail and hotline.Â
