Customer states the configurator don't give the cable typecode during the process. I tried, with same result

Since IndraDrive Cs/HCS01 is a relatively new addition to the ctrlX DRIVE configurator, a few things might still be necessary to maintain.
For the desired HCS01...W0008 and MS2N with hybrid connector H the cable type is RH2-011BBB-NN-xxx,x (add length)
