SAFEX-C.15 alarm A 7614 when using SICK microScan3 Pro

We have been trying to establish EtherCAT FSoE communications between SafeX C15 (FW:1.0.1.45 ENG:1.7.6.9968) and SICK microscan3, but without success. We used the microscan library from the software engineering tool, and we have established the slave to slave link via the ctrlX IO engineering tool (screenshots attached).

If anyone have had an experience with this, or some hints on what we might be doing wrong, please advise.

Hello Tamer,

at the moment (FW:1.0.1.45-212 / ENG:1.7.6.9968), the SICK microscan3 has to be used without "Safety configuration check" - please disable it !

The development is working on the fix of this issue.
Hint: At the moment the "Safety Configuration Identifier" has to be entered in the ctrlX SAFETY Engineering Tool in decimal number, but SICK Safety Designer sows the Identifier in HEX number. But the correct has to be entered when the check is working correct at a later engineering and Firmware of ctrlX SAFETY.

Please follow future Releases of ctrlX SAFETY Engineering and Firmware Release Notes for the fix.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
