Detail on Two-Handed control

Are there any further details on the SAFEX two handed control function block?

eg. Logic diagram, timing diagram, discrimination time between the two inputs, faults detected?

I am reluctant to use it with so little information provided. However, I also would prefer to use a pre-tested function block rather than write my own software.
