The LumiScan Camera Driver is a comprehensive image acquisition application. It runs a ctrlX OS device like ctrlX CORE and is configured and controlled by the ctrlX Data Layer. Accessible through any web browser, LumiScan CamDriver provides easy access to raw data and allows you to quickly adjust basic settings such as exposure time or pixel format.
The communication process in the application is based on the concept of a handshake, which allows greater flexibility in negotiating parameters that are acceptable to devices and systems at both ends of the communication channel.

The settings configuration can be edited with built-in website.
There is also a WebDAV configuration upload option if the user wants to upload their own settings.

Supported Camera Brands
LumiScan Cam Driver currently supports cameras from the following manufacturers: HD Vision Systems, IDS, Lucid Vision Labs, Basler, Balluff, Baumer, and Hikvision. In addition, the CamDriver can support other GenICam/GigE Vision compliant cameras.
Cameras from other manufacturers have not yet been tested. If your camera manufacturer is not listed above, please contact us.
