Elmo drive with Motion issue

Hi,

I'm trying to use an Elmo drive with the Motion app. I configured it as described here

except for the startup parameter, because IO Engineering won't let me change the operating mode parameter.

I have two main problems:

- Once the axis is activated, it remains in STANDSTILL PENDING and I can't move it.

- I get an error that keeps popping up:

What could be the problem?
