You can check all licensed software metrics like utilized IO data via the corresponding tab in the device data in the ctrlX PLC Engineering online and offline:

The numbers for ctrlX CORE X3 stay the same in the future. For ctrlX CORE X7 the input and output data combined was increased to 10kB from version 2.02 as the sum is the value that counts. The number of slaves will be increased next year.Â
