Error in HttpRequest (401: Unauthorized)

Dear All,

I am using IO Engineering 3.6.2. While i do "Scan Device", i always error "Error in HttpRequest (401:Unauthorized).

I am looking for any advise.

Did you enter incorrect credentials in the IO Engineering? To be able to access data on the ctrlX OS you need a user with the corresponding access rights.

There is also online documentation available that can be reached when clicking the link in the login screen.
