I connect the sincos encoder to the XG21 multi encoder connector.Â
I use encoder ITD 49H00 0064 MÂ of baumer and mechanic connected to the motor shaft.Â
this is an Sincos encoder 1Vpp with 64 period per revolution.Â
so i configur this as encoder 1 see picture below:Â
When i move the motor shaft i see the value basic output data changing but i do not see the value actual position value at extended output data changing.Â
Also i can home the encoder by SET absolute position.Â
then i get the message:
What could be the problem?Â
