Connection problems IO Link Master with PC via EtherCAT

Hello,
I'm trying to reach my io-Link Master with my laptop via etherCAT.
I can establish a successful connection using ctrl X. However, there is no way to find the master with a network cable.
Does anyone have experience and can help me with this?
