ctrlX IO engineeing/ EtherCat Master is not able to recognize the EK1100 bus coupler , XML are installed in Device repository. What could be the reason ?
Core version is 1.12
we tried to add the device manually without success.

Hi ,
Bus coupler delivered by beckhoff was not programmed correctly, customer had some support and wasable to reflash the module with the proper ID. Thanks !
