Adding parameters to PDO content not in list

Hello,

Im trying to toggle the brakes off without putting power on the motors, like it would be if i enable the brakes. e P-543 and P-542 parameters / C2000 and C3800 command to trigger the brake through REST API Post commands to the parameters address. However i can't find the parameters in the PDO content to add to the fieldbus

Hello Thomas,

Adding P-0-0543 or P-0-0542 to the MDT is not allowed. Instead, I would suggest mapping the commands to the Signal Control Word (show below in ctrlX Drive Engineering) or utilizing acyclic communication services to run the commands (Ex. the IL_ECATSoeCommand function block in the ctrlX PLC app).
