WR21 was reset by itself

Hello Community Fellows,

A customer of us had a problem that WR21 stopped working. I had a look into it and found at both the webIQ project was not available in the ctrlX Core, some how removed, and also no IP address was found in the settings. According to customer they did have some power breakdowns becuase of groud problems in the cabinet. Have anybody experience with this? what can be the reason for this?

A power loss can lead to loss of and/or corrupted data - this actually happens with many kinds of software, especially when they use a database. That's why in IT you usually have a UPS in front of your devices to prevent an unclean shutdown and thus lost or corrupted data.
