In a Sercos setup with multiple drives I have the following problem. I cannot reach the first drive, not over USB nor Ethernet. I updated the drive to the most recent 05 Firmware (Patch 6) but the problem stays.
I also cannot change the Application profile. The most remarkable thing I see that the drive shows PMD1-W2323 while it is a XMD1-W2323.
What can I do to get this drive back up and running ?
ctrlX Engineering 1.34 and 1.38 give the same problem. It must be in the drive.
