we have a customer would like to use the encoder emulation function as incremental encoder signals from a CtrlX drive to their master controller. I setup a demo used a CtrlX drive with a EM port. I have tried to wired it as single-ended and RS422 followed the manual. for single-ended Pin2 XG22 to pin12 of XG21, Pin6 XG22 to pin9 of XG21, Pin7 XG22 to pin7 of XG21, Pin8 XG22 to pin13 of XG21, Pin10 XG22 to pin42 of XG21. for RS422 Pin9 XG22 to pin9 of XG21, Pin10 XG22 to pin4 of XG21, Pin11 XG22 to pin10 of XG21, Pin12 XG22 to pin7 of XG21, Pin13 XG22 to pin8 of XG21, Pin14 XG22 to pin13 of XG21, Pin15 XG22 to pin14 of XG21. if there is any pin assignment wrong please correct me. when selected signal emulation and used S51 the drive-controlled homing encoder2 took hundreds turn to finish the motion, but didn't find the reference mark. when moved the axis in the easy start mode the encoder2 didn't show the correct position of motor encoder. when selected motor encoder emulation it finished in one turn, and when moved the axis in the easy start mode the encoder2 followed the correct position of motor encoder. Both emulation selections showed a warning message of E2075. However I don't know how to get rid of this warning since I had the power and reference inputs wired. I attach the parameter file and a screen shut of the message as reference. please point out if I missed any settings.
Thanks,
