Signal failure on Acurolink encoder F8022

Hello,

We have a actual problem in reading out the One Cable solution with the next example configuration:

WA-XD1-AXS-V-0204N-NN | XMD1-W1616ANA-01NETT0NNNN-S0204N2NNNN0NN | MS2N06-E0BHN-CMSK2-NNNNN-NN | CUD1-01ET-T0NNNN.

So the one Cable solution with encodertype CMS.

In this machine we have 9 ctrlX drives ( double and single inverters) with MSN2 motors ( CMS feedback) and 4 traditional Indradrives.

The traditional drives we installed for using FSoE and compatibility for our MAD motors.

We have checked/improved the Grounding in the E cabinet, and all cables are mounted correctly to the motor and ctrlX drives. ( so oke)

Cablelength: 15-20 meters per drive. Total cablelenght: 105 meter ( so oke)

The problem occures only when the drives are enabled. Motorspeed does not have a influence, one or more axis running neither. The error accures at random.

Only the ctrlX drives/ MS2N motors with the acurolink gives this F8022 error.  Does somebody else have problems ( or not) with this combination?
