Problems come when I am following step 6, set absolute position. For "set absolute position", I need to switch to OM mode. But it gave me the error F2174, saying the encoder 1 reference is lost, I cannot switch to OM mode. It does not help after I cleared the error, when I tried to switch to OM, it stopped me and gave me the same error. However, what I need is exactly switch to OM mode to set the reference. How can I solve this problem?
Besides, I have also problem when setting "motion limit values" in ctrlX Drive Engineering.
I could set the "limits in torque/force control" normally until some time point, but suddenly the parameters are shown as invalid and I cannot change them anymore. It gave me the pop-up saying "Error when accessing Sercos parameter P-0-0421.0.3", IDN does not exist. Restart does not help.
