Preventive maintenance

Hello,

IndraDrive has software option "Productivity Agent" for monitoring the condition of components. Is this also available for ctrlX drives? If not, are there any similiar solutions available or in planning?

The mechanical analysis and the frequency response measurement analysis is possible using the standard ctrlX DRIVE Engineering functions. See as well the following How-To: LINK

The already implemented functions and parameters for IIoT are the following:

Additionally eight signals selectable for the oscilloscope function (like within ctrlX DRIVE Engineering) might be used for trending (cyclically transmitting) of information in a 2 ms cycle or used in quasi scope mode with trigger, single shot, etc. and transfered over IIoT.

An envelope monitoring is not possible yet, but could be easily added as a TechFunc.
