Firmware update of CtrlX DRIVE plus : error F2100

For an obcure reason I needed to make a firmware update of a test bench CtrlX Drive R911418965, and then it went very bad :

error F2100 after the firmware update (whatever the firmware 308 / 402 / 404 / 504) and the drive cannot configure the encoder of the motor (I guess MS2N motor).

I found out with CtrlX CORE support guys (thank's to them) that the drive firmware should be exactly in line with the Ctrlx CORE version... So did I. but still the same problem. See also the error message I have when i connect to the drive (see image attached, I use CtrlX engineering 1.20.2)

any ideas ?

Ctrlx CORE (see image attached the version)

tells you that your ctrlX DRIVE Engineering is to old for the used drive runtime 4V02.3. Which version is used and could you try using a later one that can be found in the ctrlX STORE area in our collaboration room.

The encoder error is indicating a bad mechanical and so electrical connection between drive and motor encoder. Please check cabling and shielding.
