F8022 after update to AXS-V-0314 and ctrlX DRIVEplus w/CORE to 1.18

Hello!  We updated a ctrlx drive plus with core to the RM2211, with all the apps. And than we realised that the drive fwa also has to be updated. We also done it, but now we have an error wich came after a few minutes F8022 (encoder 1: encoder signals incorrect). We changed motor and cable the issue stays at the drive. How to solve the problem, make a factory reset on the core?

I've sent the drive to the service and they give the solution for the issue:

Following steps have to do, if update of firmware is needed:

  1. Updated firmware on Drive
  2. load basic parameter
  3. Updated core
  4. License activated (handling core)
  5. Upload the same firmware on drive again
  6. load basic parameter
  7. Easy start up and try to run the drive
