CtrlXDrive F7020 Error?

I have a question,In my project I encouter ctrlx drive error F7020 When machine running.

I have checked P-0-3270.0.2 and there is no problem.

I also checked velocity command value it's also ok.

So I feel confused,does anybody know how to solved this error? Thanks.

Please send the drive parameter file in format "all parameter" in order that we can check the diagnosis logbook.

If possible try to take a scope reading when the error occurs, use the signals S-0-0040, P-0-3238 and P-0-3258.
