I am encountering communication issues with a system using ctrlX DRIVE and Beckhoff IPC via EtherCAT SoE.
The drive operates normally for a few minutes. Eventually, warning E2092 occurs continuously, followed by fault F4002. Even after clearing the error, the MDT error counter (S-0-1050.1.12) keeps increasing, and F4002 recurs shortly after. Rebooting the drive temporarily fixes the issue.
I adjusted the Master Sync Shift time and Slave Sync Shift time on the Beckhoff side (referenced from the forum), but the issue persists.
Could you please advise on what else should be checked?
