Communication error - C0100 Check for transition to Safe-Operational

Hello everybody!

I have a problem with controlling the ctrlX Drive XCS via Profinet.

 The connection is established, everything is green in TIA Portal.    

 

The driver it was firmware FWA-XD1-AXS-V-0308N-NN.03.  

 I replaced : FWA-XD1-AXS-V_0312N-NN.00 but nothing change in communication.... 

The parameters are attached.
