C8403 SMO: Parameter for applying encoder configuration invalid

I'm trying to configurate SMO in the ctrlX Drive (M8) but when I Apply encoder data appears this problem:

Also, I saw the list of encoders that are acceptable to configurate the SMO:

But the encoder of my drive it doesn't appear. Is possible that is the problem?

The encoder of my drive is:

I'm using the 6.4v to the drive and the 1.32v to the ctrlX Drive Engineering.

Finally, I attach the .par of the drive.
