Timezone . summertime/wintertime

Hello,

Does the function SysTimeRtcGetTimezone from SysTimeRtc library take into consideration summertime and wintertime when there is no connection to the ctrlX CORE?

I mean, today we are in CET (UTC+1) and the bias is 60 min. When the time changes in Europe (this year is march 30th), the hour will switch automatically to CEST (UTC+2) and the bias will be 120?

All of this, considering that there is no connection to the webserver and the ctrlX CORE has no connection to any NTP server.

I am not quite sure what you mean by no connection to a ctrlX CORE. If you are using the ctrlX AUTOMATION - PLC app that is running on a ctrlX OS (in standard installed on a ctrlX CORE) the library function will get its time from the operating system. The system time is buffered by the battery mounted in the ctrlX CORE.
